WebinarJam prices itself a little bit differently to other software. It only has yearly packages.
The Basic plan costs $500 per year ($41.66 per month) and comes with 500 attendees per webinar, 2 presenters and a 2 hour max.
Professional gets you 2,000 attendees, 4 presenters, an “always-on live room” as well as “the panic button” – a nifty tool to relaunch your webinar in a fresh room if your connection drops. This plan is $699 per year which works out at a little over $58/month.

GoToWebinar
Best internal webcasts at enterprise businesses
GoToWebinar is the OG when it comes to webinars and still thrives today supporting many of the world’s largest businesses.
The software keeps everything simple so you can focus on promoting it. It has easy virtual event management, performance analytics, as well as videos and polls to boost engagement.
The registration pages are on the more basic side, but the real selling point behind GoToWebinar is the infrastructure. It is such a behemoth of a company that your webinar will be stable so you can focus on creating an awesome presentation.
Important features
- Integrations with all major CRM systems
- Simple landing pages
- Basic email marketing functionality
- Registration page referral source tracking
- Create your own channel pag
- Webinars can be transcripted
- Automatic recording, both in the cloud and locally on your device
Pricing
GoToWebinar offers four pricing options to pick from and the number of attendees is the main differentiating factor.
Both the Lite plan starting at $49 / organizer / month and 100 participants/. And the Standard plan at $99 / organizer / month and 250 participants have almost the exact same features. While, the Pro plan at $199 / organizer / month and 500 participants and the Enterprise plan at $399 / organizer / month and 3000 participants also give you access to recorded webinars, attendance certificates and a custom channel page URL.
There’s no denying that GoToWebinar is more expensive than the alternatives. As well as the landing pages being basic. But this is a solution that scales well for large businesses with bis audiences.
