Alternatives to WebinarJam

My pick

Demio

Demio is widely considered to be one of the best webinar software on the market now for its price. It simplifies the process of setting up with a webinar and has every feature you’d need to run successful webinars and turn them into on-demand events. Demio has data centers all over the world, so if you’ve experienced latency before – you won’t with Demio.

My Verdict

Demio is my favorite webinar software right now. It is consistent, reliable, and high quality. They intentionally reduce complexity by offering less flexibility in email automation in favour of getting you live fast. The registration pages load fast, and the attendee experience is second to none. You’ll love the fact you can see whether your attendees were actively watching your webinar or just had the tab open!

LiveStorm is a serious contender right now. It is the perfect solution for fast-growing businesses looking to use video conferencing across a variety of contexts – from presentations to product demonstrations. It has excellent analytics all the way from the registration page source, all the way to your attendee analytics.

From detailed source tracking to native integrations with CRM’s, it will give your team the data they need to act fast, book more meetings and generate more revenue.

#3

GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar is the largest, enterprise-level webinar software on the market. With 10’000s of customers you can imagine if you have a need, they’ve thought of it. Surprisingly, for an enterprise solution, it is very easy to use and is well designed too. You’ll feel confident presenting your webinar to anyone in the world knowing you’re supported by an enterprise infrastructure.

My Verdict

GoToWebinar is the go-to solution if you work in a large organization and have to jump through a lot of hoops in your company to buy software. They will make your CFO feel comfortable he’s making a good purchase. However, it does miss many of the bells and whistles we’ve come to expect such as a no-download attendee experience and attractive landing pages.

#4

WebinarNinja

WebinarNinja is a solid webinar solution for small businesses looking for reliable software. It has all the features you’d expect and their setup wizard makes it easy to set up and go live. The landing page design is a bit limited and overall the platform is lacking in today’s design standards. But as far as functionality goes, it is a strong contender.

My Verdict

WebinarNinja is a high-quality alternative to WebinarJam but it does come with a higher price. Personally, I find the setup wizard simpler on WebinarJam, but overall WebinarNinja offers more features and plenty of training to get you up to speed.

Zoom

Zoom is the fastest-growing player in the web-conferencing space, and the webinar features have benefited from this scale. The video quality is high, the sound is excellent and most people are accustomed to the software. However, webinars are an add-on and you must pay for the meeting solution to access webinars.

My Verdict

If you’re looking for a solution that means you will only need one web-conferencing software then Zoom is likely going to be a good fit for your business. However, it does lack many of the features you’d like such as customizable landing pages.

EasyWebinar

EasyWebinar is a great option for your business if you’re growing a community and audience through training and consultancy. The CEO is an expert in this space and once sign up you’ll get access to custom training to help you grow your business. It is super simple software and will support you in growing your business.

My Verdict

EasyWebinar offers many of the same features as WebinarJam but does feel a little rough around the edges when it comes to design. Especially when it comes to the landing page options. It does however include more integration options and the support team is excellent.
